We are currently seeking keen individuals to join our team. Preference will be given to those with prior Vacuum Truck experience and the minimum requirements but we are willing to train the right people. Minimum requirements are a Class 1 or Class 3 License with Air Endorsement, a natural mechanical aptitude, availability to work flexible and various shifts and a clean driver’s abstract.
We are a Union Company that's part of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU Local 2) and offer pay and benefits that exceed all others in our industry. We also offer training in First Aid, Confined Space, Transport of Dangerous Goods and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), just to name a few.
Our customers’ needs are not 9 to 5. The work day is long and there are afternoon, evening and weekend shifts that must be covered. This is not part-time or fill-in work. McRae’s is a company that will see you through to retirement.
