To develop a culture of safety and create a healthy working environment for our employees and clients, McRae’s senior management decided the company’s internal responsibility system must go above and beyond the basic safety certifications.
Our company goes through a rigorous audit of the safety policies and procedures. This process informed and educated our team, including management, supervisors, and workers, about the requirements to achieve and maintain a safe working environment.
We are COR Certified in BC and Alberta
Our workers’ health and safety are vital, because when workers are protected, we see positive effects on the bottom line. This is because a safe workplace requires little to no downtime, incident investigations, or time lost due to injured workers. These factors equate to lower monetary costs on projects, which translates into savings that are realized not only by our organization, but also our clients.
